Salmon-Stuffed-Cabbage from "Haute Cuisine"

outRIAAge | Oct 4, 201605:28 PM     4

I'm somehow unable to post recipes, but perhaps I can post a question.

Last night, I found this video about the French President's chef who then moved to Antarctica to feed the people there.

https://www.netflix.com/watch/7027087...

Does anyone have any insight into her salmon-stuffed-whole cabbage recipe? I've attached a screenshot from the video, and it makes me drool. I've made a very Japanese pork-stuffed whole cabbage, but salmon is something else altogether. Can anyone come up with a recipe that would serve to make this? Dreary old cabbage is my favourite vegetable.

That said, can I be allowed just a little moan? I'm sure the video is "based on reality" and so on, but all the automatic Neanderthal opposition she supposedly comes up against does not portray any reality that I or anyone else belongs to.
