Salmon dashi on at Higgins

Easily my favorite preparation of salmon in the city. Light poached filet in a homemade dashi broth presumably with snap peas or some such. Only shows up twice a year for a handful of days. Starts Friday. That is likely dinner everyday this weekend. Looking forward to it immensely.
