Salmon Belly Maki -- Yum Yum

I've read about Yum Yum Fish (Irving @23rd) many times here, and finally checked it out for myself. The sushi was incredibly good -- I mean, not Hama-ko good, but still really, really good. My favorite was the Salmon
Belly Maki, which is a roll of smoked salmon belly (smoked in-house), with daikon sprouts (kaiware daikon) and green onion (negi). Intense smoked salmon flavor -- some might say it's too salty, but I loved it.
