Okay... I went to San Diego State and so I know ALL about booze... I love it all... But I never really have explored the world of Sake. I've ordered it at Japanese restaurants (I perfer the cold crisp versions)but have never bothered to take notice of brands and styles.
I'm looking for a nice one for which to drink and prepare Nobu's Black Cod in Miso Sauce. I'm looking to spend ~$40 a bottle and I live in LA and have a membership to Murakai, so access to brands should be no problem.
Any recs and Sake advice would be appreciated! Thanks so much in advance! :D
