I read a thread below about using fruit and vodka to make flavored schnapps. Then a friend over the weekend told me about making her own leechee flavored saka and how good that was. Is vodka and saka interchangeable? Can saka infused with fruit also be stored for months?
Are there any safty concerns when make flavored alchol? I mean since it's alchol, it won't go bad no matter what you put in it and for how long?
