There does not seem to be any discussion about this restaurant and I'm not sure why because I really think it deserves some attention. If I were richer I would go here more often. You'll easily spend over $30 before taxes on the food alone but what I've had here was really great. The bento at lunch time or omakase at dinner time will give you the best idea of what they have to offer. I never liked Uni but it was very good here and so far it's probably the only place I would ever eat Uni. I also find the different types of sushi taste very unique and distinctive.

I haven't been there in months but I wonder if anybody else has gone to Saiko recently.
