Not to be confused with Saigon City in San Mateo.

Inspired by Prabhakar's report, we went for dinner last night. Spring rolls, squid cake, and duck curry were very good, banana blossom salad and shaking beef (they were out of sea bass) were great. Tiramisu and comped kaffir lime creme brulee were also first-rate. With four glasses of wine, came to $100 before tip. Expensive for the neighborhood and the semi-funky space, but given the high quality still a good value.
