Sage Cafe/Market, New Rochelle, serves up a variety of flavors...

It was opened in January by the Halaris family, right across the street from IONA College main entrance on North Ave., New Rochelle, and it is a bright, multi-sectioned sweeping space that acts as a restaurant, café, market and more. We have dropped in for Happy Hour in the bar/lounge twice so far to a friendly networking crowd and staff. Nibbled on good fresh-made onion rings and cheese quesadilla served with 3 sauces, and washed it all down with a couple of brews. Will be trying it for dinner soon, or perhaps Sunday brunch. The eclectic menus look inviting and reasonably priced. Live music on occasion, too. Best part is, they have their own free parking area in the rear...www.sagecmm.com
