Sage Bistro in Bellmore has a strange way of communicating. They say "goodbye" on social media, while at the same time say they are open, or closed, for renovations, and comments by unidentified posters also claim,
"Hi, everyone, we are just closing for renovation and the name is going to change, but still Same staff just new owner..!! We are not going anywhere"

and

"Dear Customers Sage Bistro Bellmore will continue with renovation and service with new face and name.Thank You Very Much."

While Sage Bistro states:

"We have a escargot ,mussels and new items good night"

one poster reply post also states:

"...we are not longer part of sage group, Bellmore location new owner, same staff, different name, own separately"

I've not frequented the establishment myself. Nor do I care to. I had tried a sister restaurant of theirs in RVC once that was just a disappointment...

Whatever it is that's going on in the space, I wish them success, and hope they take some sage advice from some professionals in the restaurant communications department
