Stumbled into this because it was across the street from my hotel last week and they have a NY Times box out front. So I didn't expect much. But oh my God, I think I had some of the best pastry in my life there. My wife and I had a pear almond tart and an apple tart that were just about perfect. And we're NYC, and have spent plenty of time in Paris. Is everything at Sage this good??? And do people in Santa Fe appreciate it???
