Ruth Reichl is currently out on the publicity trail flogging her new book.

Does anyone have an opinion about it?

I'm not entirely sure if I can trust anything she writes, because when that famous NYC restaurant closed in February 2004--I think it was Le Cirque--she was (in)famously quoted as saying that she and her colleagues all knew that the restaurant's standards had slipped, but nevertheless, they all gave it a higher rating than they thought it deserved "for sentimental reasons".

It seems to me that says something about her integrity.
