I will hold these dinners every 3 months. The first one will take place at......
Cafe Brussel is Toronto's only belgian restaurant, as well as a great place for fine authentic french dishes. Their wine list is extensive and encompasses the gamut frm france to Italy to OZ, etc. They have a sommelier. As well, their beer list is excellent( they would not be belgian otherwise! lol) and they have a huge selection of fine spirits.
The menu is extensive from mussels to carbonnades flamandes to rack of lamb, etc.
The sommelier will be there to help you with your choices and questions. However, I can also put my modest George Brown/ Bartending school education to contribution and answer some of your questions throughout the meal.
These dinners are open to wine experts as well as neophytes, the idea is to share a grand meal in an exquisite venue and make it a memorable experience.
Please RSVP at the latest September 1, 2004. i must make the reservation early to ensure our table is available.
I will take a group of 12 to 15 maximum including myself.
