Tried some of these on a quick jaunt up to the Capitol City from SA, after a quick stop at Breed & Co to make my selections.
Pretty gosh darned good but not the best. So.... all in all I liked them but would like even darker for the darks.
I tried: dark truffle, holiday spice truffle, tequila jalapeno truffle, rum raisin apple truffle, port cherry bonbon, seville orange bonbon, and cabernet bonbon. Least favorite was the rum raisin, kind of not suprising because it was too sweet (white choc based). Most favorite for flavors was tequila jalapeno.
All of the ganaches inside the truffles were a little too thin for me - more like peanut butter instead of paste - I like my ganache really stiff.
