Rosa Mexicano (Union Square) Brunch short review

OK, I just don't understand why this place has so many detractors on this board. Admittedly, I keep going back for brunch, or guac and drinks at the bar, and I've never been for dinner, but it's always really good.

We went for brunch this weekend. My friend had the pork tacos, which come with a corn side and a bean side and some great habanero marinated onions. I had the thick slice of ham covered with eggs and chilaquiles and a slow burning chile sauce. Both dishes were large and delicious. We also had 3 (in total) of their famous frozen pomegranite margaritas. Including tax and tip, about $70.

The menu is large and you're not stuck with the same ol' eggs benedict choices. Oh, and the room is big and well-decorated and you don't have to sit on top of your neighbors and get jostled by passing waiters.
