Romantic restaurants, activities suggestions for this American Thanksgiving w-end!

Hi everyone! I need a few suggestions. Will spend the w-end with a new boyfriend visiting from the States, he's staying at the Nelligan for the w-end.
I urgently need some pointers. I was thinking of bringing him to Appolo on St-Laurent as the food is delicious and supposedly aphrodisiac wink wink...It's also one BYOW, what do you guys think?
(This would have been the only restaurant I would have brought him to a BYOW.)
I only have two restaurants to pick for night.
However, iIam starting to second guess my choice. Should I go to Chasse et Peche instead?! Am I too late for RSVP? Mmmmm....I want something delicious, elegant, condusive to romance, no budget here. I do not eat meat, but it doesn't really matter as most places have fish and frankly it's more for him I'm concerned, I want him to enjoy.
What do you guys think about Zenya? It's dark in there and sushi is good....
Also, any of you know where to eat oysters? I heard of a place in Old Montreal that serves also champagne with them but where?!!.....
I need a nice brunch place not too loud where we can sit longer....DNA? Do they do brunch on w-ends?
Any suggestions beside driving around showing him St-Denis, downtown, Westmount....HELP!!!
Thank you so much my dear fellow Montrealers
