A couple of months ago, the Giant stores around me started offering sausages made by Roma, a Baltimore outfit, in their stores. I got some of the mild Italian style tonight (they also carry hot Italian, celery, chorizo and Polish styles, although maybe not all on the same day). I really liked the sausage. It was well packed but not overly-solid, with a good balance of flavors, nothing overpowering but the flavors sort of unfolded one after another. I'm going to try some of their other varieties -- they certainly blow Logan's sausages out of the water.
