Help! I have this poblano pepper and gruyere cheese appetizer that can only be made with Roland's Red Curry Paste. I've tried many different substitutions and it's just not the same without it. I used to get it at Big John's PFI, but I went there this weekend and couldn't find any. I usually go and get half a dozen bottles because I can't seem to find it anywhere else. Does anyone know somewhere in Seattle that I can get it? I would order it online but I need it by Saturday.
