Some say it's the best restaurant in Rochester, but if you can be there
between 3 and 5 pm Mon-Sat, the early bird specials are fabulous.
I am partial to Walleyed Pike, which we cannot get in the East,
so I go there 3 days in a row, when staying at Mayo, and have the
fish in all 3 of its scrumptious styles: plain broiled, crusted with parmesan, or best of all in a way, deep fried, but very delicate.
Cup of wild rice souper soup, plus choice of potato or vegetable, would you believe $12.95? Not to be missed. Other choices for mains, but
I sure do love that Walleye.
