OK, I've had roasted rosemary chicken almost all over the USA. I've had roasted rosemary chicken all over Italy.
Why is it that Italy gets it so right and the USA doesn't.
The prepared roasted rosemary chickens I've had in the US don't have nearly the intense flavor as the ones I've had in Italy.
What's your opinion on the infamous roasted rosemary chicken?
Had any stellar ones in the US that are worth bragging about?
Or is it just me?
