I have a hankering for this delight, don't know where to get it around here. The New Yorker (I think) had a "Best Foods in NYC" article sometime last year, and named a restaurant that had best suckling pig in NY. I thought I had the name in my palm pilot, but guess I lost it. Anyone who knows, or who has had some good pig at an outstanding place, do tell! Before saturday evening if possible! Thanks.
