Help - roast (skinless) chicken

I have a whole chicken, but it turns out it's skinless. I had planned to roast the bird, and would like to stick to that plan, but wondering how to go about it now...
I have thought of covering it in foil to make up for the lack of skin, but think it might steam it instead. Maybe cover in foil for most of the time, and remove for last 30 minutes?
Any suggestions?
