Took some friends from Houston, TX to the Roaring Fork on Sunday night. All I can say about this place is I don't get the accolades. This was my second meal at the restaurant and while it's above average, it definitely is NOT a must IMO, except for the Green Chile Macaroni. That is GOOD. Shared the Big Ass Burger...so, so. Friends had the BBQ beef ribs...greasy. Last time I was in I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes....bland. Friends had steak..good, not great, Dr. Pepper ribs...greasy. The rolls and biscuits in the basket were hard and dry with no flavor.
