Rizza Pizza in Upland

Shared an xtra large pie last week with a couple of
friends at Rizza Pizza in Upland. On my pizza scale I gave it a 7.8, which ain't half bad for the IE. The bread was of medium lightness and was medium thick. I prefer more of a yeasty taste to my bread, but you can't have it all. The sauce was tangy and a little bland. The toppings (pepperoni and double black olives) were top drawer, with the cheese plentiful and not redolent of cardboard while the pepperoni tasted like pepperoni should, complete with just the right amount of grease to make it perfect. I was working, so I didn't sample the tap.
The large fountain Coke was perfectly mixed and refills were 50 cents. One was plenty for me. Three hungry people ate and drank that day for seventeen dollars and some change, and all were stuffed afterward. I'll be seeing Rizza Pizza again.
