best risotto in Boston area?

After having the amazing tasting ham/shrimp risotto from Sage this week (though I thought it was a bit undercooked because it seemed a little crunch), I was inspired to look for a recipe for it. An interesting note in one of Todd English's cookbooks: "should be silken and creamy in texture with a slight crunch of the grain" seems to say that it should be like this.

Are there any other restaurants in the area that have inspirational risotto dishes? Curious what other folks have put into the dishes and whether they're also slightly crunchy :-)
