R.I.P Seoulmama San Marcos?

So sad... but what was to me the finest food available in San Marcos CA (Seoulmama) seems to be no more. Korean, yes- typical, no. A Zen-like, healthy approach. Subtle, delicate balances. Lovely seaweed salad, brown rice, fresh fish, and much more. A lovely personalized touch. Dishes created by and prepared by the owner, who also operated the cash register. A real bundle of positive, healthy energy, her.

Ironically this was in a food court near a movie theatre, neighboring typical cheap fast food joints. It was so much better than it's locale.

I feel guilty I couldn't afford to eat there more regularly, because I can't help but think maybe it would still be there. But I did encourage all my health-conscious friends to try it. Not that it was expensive, but still it was more than I usually spend for "fast" lunch.

I only hope someone out there has heard and can tell us that she is not gone but just moving to a better location and if so- where? Her talents would likely be more appreciated in a more trendy or upscale locale, not kid-food-land.
