Rickshaw Dumpling Bar: First Impressions

I went to Rickshaw for the first time today, and got a lunch of 6 fried Peking duck dumplings in the Shiitake soup.

The dumplings were scrumptuous, bursting with a rich duck flavor, and they were a good size too. I liked the flavor of the soup as well, but I thought together they cancelled each other out. Both had kind of a strong, meaty flavor, and I thought the subtle tones were lost.

I alos think I missed out on having a dipping sauce for the dumplings. I think I'll get the soup on the side next time.
