Richmond Court, Times Square - Could this be the destination for GTA's best tasting Cantonese Roasted Duck?

I am sure, most, if not all of you foodies have eaten Cantonese Roasted duck. So, why am I making a posting of this ever popular Chinese dish? The reason being, I just had an amazingly delicious version from the ever popular but frequently overlooked ' Richmond Court, Time Square '. IMHO, this could be one of the tastiest, if not THE tastiest rendition in town!

I am a lover of Cantonese roasted and BBQ meat, especially duck and the occasionally available but rare roasted goose. So much so, I have traveled all over town, seeking out places in obscure malls and plazas and performed tons of taste tests! From specialty take-out places like Tong Ha Supreme BBQ on Silver Star Blvd, Kong Kee BBQ on Midland Ave and Sharks-Fin City inside Pacific Mall to self proclaimed best-of-the-best dine-in establishments like Sam Woo BBQ, John's BBQ, Skyview, Grandeur Palace, Congee Queen...to name a few.

However, the version I had yesterday at Richmond Court not only wowed my taste buds but literally blew most of the competition away. Gossamer thin and crispy skin, multi-layered taste profile and complexly seasoned moist meat and carcass plus an uber-delicious, slightly sweet ' Au-Jus ' sauce, together formed an unbeatable delectable combination!
