Review of Sho-Dan

ralph | Jun 15, 2006 10:46 PM

Visited Sho-Dan on Metcalfe, near the corner of de Maisonneuve.

We picked various sushi rolls, about 6 different ones at all. All were excellent.
My date picked most of them, so I cannot recall them all. I do know we had the smoked salmon sushi, salmon roll, shrimp sushi, spider rolls, and a couple of different crab rolls.

The bill was less than $50 before tip, which was not bad at all. Neither of us had alcohol, and stuck with water.

It was a very good choice to go to instead of Mikasa.
I will return there on my next trip.

It is considered one of the best sushi restaurants in Montreal, and it is. The sushi was fresh and tasted great.
