Review of Cowboy Ciao's

Went to Cowboy Ciao's the other night to check the place out. From the second we walked into the door we were promptly greeted and seated. The ambience was totally awesome, very nice place to go especially if you want to take someone on a nice romantic evening. Had ordered the Testertone Salad which we shared which was excellent. The greens were extremely fresh and those bourbon soaked cherries were just delicious. I had the Yukon sea stew which if you like seafood, you will love this dish. The friend I went with had the elk strip and both dishes were phenomonal. Also had an Order of the ciabatta which was also excellent. We both ended with the sticky cake which was soooooooo good. Grats to the chefs at Cowboy Ciao. Very well maintained placed to go to dine. The restrooms were extremely clean. The wait staff were so friendly and outgoing. Try them out and enjoy
