Rev: Franks Steaks

Took the laws and inlaws out for dinner. I always feel that it is a shame to take a great piece of Prime Meat and cook it well done, so I wanted to go somewhere that I wouldn't cry when my father in law ordered his steak.

Started with aps, moz & tomatoe, crab cakes, baked clams - all were adequate - clams got high marks. My mom ordered French Onion soup, which was cold.

Almost everyone had the marinated skirt steak. Best steak my father-in-law ever had. To me it was just a tough piece of leather with a lot of sauce on it.

Big piece of Choclate cake for desert. My mom ordered tea, which was cold.

Noisy place, wierd track lighting with spotlights that made it difficult to read the menu or distracting to some that had the lights in their faces.

Prices were a bit on the high side, but as long as you don't go for the prime (I would DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE FOR PRIME) it is manageable.

Wait Service was OK. I generally expect better at those prices.
