Resurecting a Chowhound recipe!

Hi all,

Some months ago, "MV" posted a stir fry recipe that had Trader Joe's frozen Rock Shrimp as the star ingredient. It read so easy and it also read quite flavorful. After reading the post, I purchased my first bag of those T.J. frozen little shrimps, and popped them into my freezer. I'd saved the post for ages, and tonight I finally gave it a go. Two happy tummies in Sherman Oaks, California, is all I can say. We loved this dish, and it will be made again and again. I do believe the Mirin is what brought the whole dish together, and to be redundant---two happy tummies in Sherman Oaks. I may (or may not) sprinkle some chopped Peanuts or Cashews over the finished dish, next time.
