new restaurants in the Mission

So, the space that was NeO on Guerrero at 22nd St. (just a couple doors down from Mangiafuocco) has reopened as an Italian restaurant. It's only been open a couple of days. I don't know what it's called, because there's no sign--just a handwritten note saying "We're open!" The menu (with a lot of misspellings) looks pretty standard American Italian restaurant. They haven't changed the NeO decor at all, except to add white tablecloths and flowers. I may try to check it out tonight and report back. Meanwhile,on the corner, the total renovation of the former Flying Saucer space (soon to be Tao Cafe) proceeds apace--looks like they should be ready to open soon. Now if that planned La Foccacia would open, my block would be a hopping place again!
