I received an extremely last-minute pass to SXSW and I'll be heading out there next week. I'm a food writer and I'm good at picking out restaurants in cities I've never been to, but ... is it even worth trying to create an itinerary? I imagine it's too late to get reservations anywhere.
Any anecdata is appreciated!
And of course if anyone has suggestions that haven't become media darlings yet, but are shockingly good, I want to know about them!
