Yes, yes, I know--it's overcrowded, the service is bad and the food is usually subpar.
Still, DC's Restaurant Week is coming up and I wonder if there's anyone out there who's done it whole hog--gotten the list early, planned out where to go each lunch/dinner, knows where's good and where it's not worth it--who could give me some guidance as to how to wring the most out of this one. How do I get the reservations I want? What places do I avoid? (Had a horrible experience at Taberna del Alabardero last year.)
