Restaurant suggestions around Avignon, Luberon, Chateuneuf du Pape, St Remy and Aix en Provence

Hello,
We have five days in Provence from 10th of November Tuesday to 15th of November Sunday. We will be staying 3 nights at Villa Mas St Jean close to Noves and 2 nights at Lei Faveloun in Aix en Provence. We're going to make daily drives to Luberon (villages), Chateauneuf du Pape and also south of Avignon (St Remy, Les Baeaux de Provence and Arles (maybe)). While staying in Aix en Provence, we will most probably stay in the city or make a daily trip to Cassis, too, I'm not sure. We'd love to hear restaurant suggestions from you. We can have lunch or dinner in 2-3 Michelin guide restaurants (or other good ones on the expensive side), while knowing some good casual restaurants might be perfect, too. My husband is not in love with french food, but I do. We're also wine lovers. Would like know if you have suggestions about winery visits or about degustation places (taking into consideration the time of the year). So every suggestion will be kindly appreciated. Thank you!
