Husband and I are travelling to Portugal in late March. We are adventurous eaters, and like everything from "fancy" restaurants to carts on the street. In Lisbon, we have a reservation for dinner at Belcanto, but we need either one or two other options for the rest of our time there, plus more casual lunch suggestions. For the lunch options, we'll be sightseeing(Castelo de Sao Jorge, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Torre de Belem,
Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, Mercado de Alvalade Norte), so options that are not too out of the way would be ideal.
We're doing a day trip to Sintra, so lunch and possibly dinner recs there would also be appreciated.
Finally, we'll be in Porto/Douro and need lunch, dinner and winery recs (ideally, we'll do a lunch at a winery and possibly a dinner at a second winery in Douro).
What are your favorites and can't miss places? Also, has anyone been to the Mercado da Ribeira since it was reopened? WOrth a lunch or no? Thanks!!
