Just what I could observe from the car, so it's possible some places are opening for dinner but not now, or look open but actually just forgot to turn off the sign last night.
At the top of Solano, Khana Peena had the drapes drawn at 11:30 but there was a chef on his cell phone outside, so I imagine they are opening later. Zachary's looked open. The Starbucks is open. King Tsin is open. And good tidings of great joy which shall be to all chowhounds, China Village is open. 7-11 is open but both big groceries are not. Down at my end of Solano, Bua Luang is open, but the coffee and bubble tea shops are not.
Driving down San Pablo from Solano to Central, few signs of life were observed except at the Hotsy Totsy.
Pacific Park Plaza of course is another story. Much like any other Sunday, parking is horrendous. Once I got in, though, the only really off-putting crowds were at the 99 Ranch fish counter and Asian Pearl restaurant just inside the doors. Checkout at 99 is not bad and while all the other restaurants in PPP are busy, there were open tables. Daimo and Saigon both looked very full.
