Replacing electric downdraft slide in range

SueVeed | Feb 2, 201903:22 PM     9

We have an old JennAir electric downdraft slide in range that came with our house. I hate it. It has small burners that make it hard to use two pots at once. The other side is a grill we almost never use. The oven door is noisy but only when the oven is hot. It makes a horrendous sound when you open and close it. Posted pic of the version we have. Above it we have a microwave. I do not know if it vents out or recirculates. Can I replace the range with a non-downdraft slide-in range? It's has to be electric as we don't have gas hookups. The newer version of this range gets horrible reviews, seems to have similar issues and is $3k.
