I roasted chicken pieces on a very large non-stick cooking sheet. The tray now has dark places on it and when I bake/roast other things, I can smell chicken--but not in a good way. (Maybe I roasted the chicken at too high a temp.?)
In any case, I can't scrub it to remove the darkened areas, though I washed it very thoroughly.
Is there any way to remove the smell, or will I need to replay the cooking sheet?
