Trying to 'remember' a BBQ Rib Recipe.. from a magazine article!

Hello,
Well, I've cooked these BBQ ribs tons of times and wrote down the recipe, which after moving is now MIA. The original recipe was gleaned from a cooking magazine and was titled something like Bourbon BBQ ribs or something similar, etc..

The recipe consisted of:
Baking the ribs in 'tin foil boats' with Pineapple juice in them, in the oven for an hour or so. Then removing them, and basting them with sauce on the grille. I know, its the bane of culinary geniuses to put pineapple on pork, but aside from the ribs that come out of my smoker.. these are hands down the best ribs I've eaten!

The sauce had these and some other ingredients:

Bourbon
Hoisin sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Honey - I believe, or maybe sugar (white? brown? dont recall)
I think it even had white vinegar in it..
some of the reserved pineapple juice used in baking the ribs
Dijon mustard
and I believe molasses
...

The sauce was more of a sweet, whiskey styled BBQ sauce.. not the typical tomato based sauce most are used to..

Anyways, I've been searching high and low online and with all the 'Bourbon Rib' recipes out there, it's like looking for.. well, you know..

Any ideas ??

BTW, the article and recipe were presented by a guy, making the ribs.. it was in a bright, mostly white layout.. if that helps :)
