I have cooked pork shoulder as just a simple roast. I have cooked pork shoulder on the smoker/oven to the 190 mark to make pulled pork.
I have not however reheated a pork shoulder that was just cooked til doneness to create pulled pork by cooking it longer after it has cooled.
I cooked a large shoulder but not long enough to pull and would like to throw some in the slow cooker to cook it longer and make pulled pork. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any issues? Add broth or something?
