Regional Chinese Food in Chinatown

What are some of the good authentic regional restaurants in Chinatown?

I often go to Four Rivers since many of the dishes there are authentic Sichuan dishes.

Any recommendations for the following:

Cantonese (I heard Bao Bao Hao was good. One person said it was Zhejiang cuisine and another said it was Cantonese). I like Tasty Place in the corner of the basement grocery store. The dishes I ordered were very authentic Cantonese.

Shanghainese (none in Philly I think. The one on 915 arch closed down).

Hunan (None that I know of. It's pretty similar to Sichuan cuisine so that's an okay substitute if any of you don't know any)

Is there a great Jiao Zi (dumpling) restaurant in Philly?

Any luck with Taiwanese, Fujianese, Henanese, Dongbei, Jiangsu, etc. restaurants?

Thanks

Palaopo
