Red Snapper, Mexican style? Anyone, anyone?

Having gone to the fish market in search of salmon I've returned with a beautiful clear-eyed red snapper. I was contemplating on broiling it simply but then I thought I might attempt the Mexican approach using scallions and garlic. Anyone have a recipe or any other suggestions to make the most out of one of my favorite fish?
