Hello Fellow Foodies! Those of you who (have) dined at Cafe Gitane know and love the Couscous: Moroccan couscous with red peppers, potatoes, raisins, toasted pine nuts,hummus , & eggplant.
Since I no longer live in NYC; I NEED to recreate this beloved recipe - can you help? An old convo on here is a good start, but wondering if anyone has perfected it. I even wrote to a few food magazines to help me on this one...no dice - Yet!
