I'm trying to recover a specific recipe for shrimp cooked with
feta, tomatoes, and onions, and flambéed with ouzu. It
appeared in an old Bon Appetit issue (circa late '80s or early
90's) and was featured in the column where readers requested
recipes from restaurants. The recipe originated at a California
garlic festival rather than a restaurant, I believe. I've never found
another similar recipe that compares to this one!
