Need Recommendation for English-friendly HK Restaurant in Causeway Bay

A friend and I are flying into HK half a day before the rest of our fellow travelers (who speak Cantonese), so we will be on our own for a period of time. We are coming from California, and get in around 7pm, and are staying in Causeway Bay next to Times Square. I'm guessing we're going to be pretty hungry when we arrive, but also pretty exhausted from the travel, so we probably won't want to venture very far.

Unfortunately, neither of us speak Cantonese or read Chinese, so we're looking for an English-friendly restaurant that we can head to that night after we drop our bags off at the hotel and wash up. This doesn't necessarily mean that we need servers that speak English, but at the least we'll need a menu with pictures. The style of food doesn't matter too much, but we already have plans to get roast duck and other meats later in the trip, as well as fresh seafood, so maybe we can avoid those. We'd also prefer things that we can't get at the Chinese restaurants here (which are pretty decent), and we'd like to keep it under HK $150 per person. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
