Please recommend a good, but cheap caterer for my wedding

I posted on here last year regarding finding a caterer. I am sad to say that I have dealt with two caterers that started off at $25.00 per person and somehow ended up at $45.00 after contracts were drawn up. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I originally had my heart set on carribean/jamaican food and have not had good experiences with Coleys, and I was dealing with Derricks Jamaican and he jacked up his prices at the last minute and did not want to be bothered with rentals of anykind and tried to steer us towards paper plates and plastics (not appropriate for an evening wedding) At this point, I just want a caterer that prepares great food with outstanding presentation. We are on a tiny budget and would like to work with a caterer that understands that and will not try to rob us blind. Also, our venue requires that the person have a catering license. Can you please recommend someone? We are stressed out and sick of dealing with catereres that hear "wedding" and think thats a code word for "please rob me"
