I like to pay fry chicken. In the past, I used the standard flour coating, egg wash, and bread crumbs.
Now that I'm on a gluten free diet, I need a substitute for the bread crumbs (I'm guessing the flour coating won't cause a problem. Anyone with experience with this who knows otherwise, please share your experience.)
Would crushed corn flakes work?
What ideas or suggestions to you have? What pitfalls should I look out for?
