recipes for unusual citrus: sour oranges, sweet lemons and poached clementines

Madrid | Jan 9, 201107:13 AM

I've searched, of course, and come up with lots of desserts, drinks, and salad dressings. I know I can just substitute the "unusual" juice in a "standard" citrus recipe, such as the great Meyer lemon hummus recipe I found, so I guess I should say I'm looking for really unusual savory or extremely unusual dessert citrus recipes in general, maybe a lemon salad? I remember a poached clementine in basil syrup dessert recipe I can't find. Idea? Grapefruit, lime, tangerine, all welcome.
