I've gotten hooked on making jams and marmalades. Attended a fantastic jam making class at Blue Chair in the bay area and purchased Christine Ferber's Mes Confitures. Now what can I do with all of these jams other than spread on toast or goat cheese?
I would love some pork,fish or chicken recipes recipes. Maybe a linzor cookie recipe or other dessert recipe? Here are a few of my jams....
